Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant
The person holding this role will be responsible for the tasks related to sales processes.
- Providing written support for our customers and ensuring the smooth processing of complaints;
- Recording, documenting and maintaining customer master data as well as posting customer orders;
- Sending and uploading invoices as well as processing invoice returns and invoice changes from the customer;
- Coordination of order processing and monitoring of delivery dates;
- Clarification of customer queries regarding delivery and processing and item returns from the customer.
- Completed commercial professional training;
- Fluent spoken and written German;
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit with high degree of customer and service focus;
- Self-motivated as well as independent, reliable and structured way of working;
- Good MSOffice and, ideally, an ERP system knowledge.
