Employee IT Support ERP (German language)
The person holding this role will be responsible for the tasks related to Employee IT Support processes.
- Technical support, administration and support of the ERP;
- Solution-focused processing of all service requests from internal specialist departments and coordination with the external service providers;
- First point of contact for internal customers and prioritization of new requests;
- Documentation of processes, monitoring and control of operational IT procedures and processes;
- Coordination and further development of the existing processes in the ERP system.
- Successfully completed IT and/or commercial professional training;
- Initial professional practical experience in the IT and ERP-Systems;
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit with a high degree of customer and service focus;
- Pragmatic, independent and meticulous way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality;
- Good German language skills required;
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of digital settlement processes and technologies.
