Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant (German language)

The person holding this role will be responsible for the tasks related to sales processes.

Main duties:

  • Providing written support for our customers and ensuring the smooth processing of complaints;
  • Recording, documenting and maintaining customer master data as well as posting customer orders;
  • Sending and uploading invoices as well as processing invoice returns and invoice changes from the customer;
  • Coordination of order processing and monitoring of delivery dates;
  • Clarification of customer queries regarding delivery and processing and item returns from the customer.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial professional training;
  • Fluent spoken and written German;
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit with high degree of customer and service focus;
  • Self-motivated as well as independent, reliable and structured way of working;
  • Good MSOffice and, ideally, an ERP system knowledge.
