Purchasing Specialist (English languge)
The person holding this role will be responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks related to strategic buying services.
Main duties:
- Support of e-procurement processes of different service procurement categories: IT, Facility Management, Logistics, Fleet-/Travel-Management and/or other Professional Services;
- Supplier communication & onboarding throughout the Jungheinrich e-Procurement process (SAP ARIBA);
- Preparation and execution of electronic tenders (SAP ARIBA);
Contract management (SAP ARIBA); - Purchase order creation and follow-up (SAP R/3);
- Invoice control & validation (SAP R/3);
- Problem solving in day-to-day business.
Your profile:
- Bachelor or master’s degree (Business administration, computer science or related field);
- Ideally initial service procurement category knowledge;
- Ideally e-procurement tool & system experience;
- Previous experience in the field of procurement;
- Very good communication skills;
- Openness to working in international and interdisciplinary teams;
- Willingness to learn new skills;
- Good MS Office skills (esp. Excel);
- Ideally knowledge of SAP ARIBA and/or SAP R/3;
- English- Fluent spoken and written;
- MS Office (Excel; Powerpoint).
