Project Specialist Success Factors (English Language)

The person holding this role will be responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks related to human capital management systems.

Main duties:

• Manage work packages and aspects in the SuccessFactors rollouts;
• PMO activities, such as workshop planning with implementation partner and central & local rollout teams;
• Research solutions for challenges or functional gaps, and align with relevant parties;
• Support local teams in understanding the solution, support with their work packages where possible;
• Creating training materials, testing the solution and take part in design workshops;
• Support SuccessFactors Operations, managing tickets / change requests.

Your profile:

• Prior experience in project support or coordination roles is preferred;
• Familiarity with Human Capital Management systems, such as SuccessFactors, is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively;
• English language fluent in speech and writing.
