Specialist HRIT Projects (English language)
The person in this role will be responsible for designing, planning and supporting the implementation of international and local HR IT projects, processes and guidelines for Jungheinrich Romania legal entities.
Main duties:
- Lead (local) work streams & rollout projects for the group-wide design & implementation of HR IT solutions;
- Planning, controlling & execution of mentioned HR work streams & projects;
- Alignment with central & local IT HR & external partners on project activities;
- Assessment of local requirements & solution fit into the global governance, frameworks & template;
- Continuously evaluate & improve local HR governance concerning processes, IT systems and policies;
- Support administrative processes e.g. for central data maintenance in global & local HR IT systems, mass up-loads & corresponding activities;
- Operational & project support for global solutions used in Romania or Romanian HR IT solutions;
Your profile:
- Completed studies (e.g. business administration, HR management or information systems) and relevant additional training preferred;
- Relevant professional experience of 2+ years in a global or international HR IT environment;
- Relevant knowledge about HR Service Delivery models & corresponding software;
- Knowledge and skilled use of methods and tools for the analysis of circumstances and identification of measures for improvement;
- Significant experience in Microsoft Excel;
- Good knowledge of spoken & written English, knowledge of German desirable.
