The person holding this role will be responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks related to quality processes.

Main duties:

  • Pre-selection of complaint cases based on defect classifications in the SAP QM interface;
  • Independent processing of clear warranty cases as defined in the Group guideline (KR0021);
  • Quantity difference, obvious wrong delivery, 0-KM error;
  • Triggering of subsequent deliveries / credit notes;
  • Active feedback of clarification statuses to Sales Units and direct customers;
  • Follow-up of ongoing clarification cases, for example dunning lists for the First sample process;
  • Allocation of warranty lump sums;
  • Reporting for service campaigns.  

Your profile:

  • Preferable degree in industrial engineering or business administration;
  • Communicative, resilient, self-motivated and customer-oriented;
  • SAP R3, MS Office (explicit Excel);   
  • English, German - Fluent spoken and written.
