Technical Support Specialist (English language)
The person holding this role will be responsible for the tasks related to Technical Support processes.
- Identify correct material number for spare parts requests, within the context of "Order Processing" from different production areas;
- Checking existing documents;
- Using SAP and other electronic tools for search and selection;
- Using manufacturer documentation;
- Offer technical support to service technicians, to meet customers’ requirements and to provide high-level quality services.
- Academic degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or comparable degree or technical vocational education with several years of professional experience;
- Professional experience as a service technician would be an advantage;
- Explosion-protection knowledge and certification (desirable);
- Experience with reach trucks and system equipment is welcome;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is preferred;
- Good written and spoken English skills. German skills would be a plus;
