Project Manager (English Language)

The person holding this role will be responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks related to strategic human resources processes.

Main duties:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop a project plan, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project timelines, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely completion. Coordinate project activities and resources to execute the plan effectively. Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary;
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather system requirements and understand business needs. Translate requirements into system specifications and design solutions in collaboration with IT and vendor teams. Ensure that the proposed solution aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards;
  • System Implementation: Coordinate the technical aspects of the implementation, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and security policies during the implementation process;
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support organizational readiness for the new service management system. Support the key stakeholder identification and development of communication and training strategies to ensure smooth transition and user acceptance. Monitor user feedback and satisfaction levels, incorporating feedback into system enhancements and future releases.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize their impact. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Your profile:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in system implementation projects, preferred as project lead;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices;
  • Experience with service management systems or similar IT solutions is preferred;
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
