Back Office Finance Support (German language)

The person holding this role will be responsible for the operational implementation of the tasks related to finance services.

Main duties:

  • Processing of specific Travel & Expenses related queries via multiple channels (phone, E-Mail, KDS – T&E tool);
  • Responsible of handling the travel and expense reports according the country and company regulations;
  • Identification, implementation and support offering in regards to standardization and quality improvement of the Travel & Expenses processes across the organization through projects and ideas;
  • Collaboration with other teams (accounts payable, procurement, travel management etc.);
  • Support with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Your profile:

  • At least six months to one year of work experience in a financial role within a multinational environment;
  • General understanding of T&E and accounts payable related processes and functions;
  • Experience with SAP, KDS and Excel is nice to have;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Would be great to have previous knowledge transfer experience.
