IT- Specialist for ERP (English language)

The person holding this role will be responsible for the tasks related to ERP system.

Main duties:

• Technical and operational support of the ERP system and ongoing optimization of the existing applications;
• Control of roll-outs of new solutions including operational support and user training of the IT systems to be supported;
• Coordination and further development of the existing processes in the ERP system;
• Solution-focused processing of all service requests from internal specialist departments and coordination with the external service providers & partners;
• Documentation of processes, monitoring and control of operational IT procedures and processes.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed IT profession-al training or studies;
• Professional practical experience in the IT and ERP;
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit with a high degree of customer and service focus;
• Pragmatic, independent and meticulous way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality;
• Analytical skills and a good understanding of digital settlement processes and technologies;
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
